It's called Zampler, and you can either download it from Plugin Boutique (branded with Pluginboutique and Loopmasters logo's) or from (German site, but the branding with 'Beat' looks a lot nicer then Plugin Boutique's one. Think they also have bigger commercial packs. It comes as freeware and you can download a nice big arsenal of free soundbanks as well. Feature packed and made by Synapse Audio (who also created Dune/Dune2). Just stumbled on a freeware VST that blew my mind! It's kind of like a freeware Nexus, only with the added ability to create your own presets.
